I have a couple Dozen Seedlings if anyone is interested in a Trade? My "Brewster" and "Mauritius" Lychee trees in my Greenhouse. As you can see, My "Brewster" had some sort of problem and dropped all of it canopy leaves, but after a Re-potting and some TLC and Plush Living inside the Greenhouse, it has bounced back. Thanks Again to Harry for his Generosity and Knowledge. We are all very lucky to have such a Resource!

Wood plastic floor is a kind of plastic, so it has better elastic modulus, and has the same physical…. The wood-plastic wallboard outdoor has excellent anti-aging performance, no deformation, no cracking…. Wood plastic has better physical and mechanical properties than ordinary wood, such as compression resistance,…. A plastic container with a lid, such as an empty salad container or a storage box, can be used as a healing chamber Figure 3.
One day before placing the grafted seedlings inside the container, mist water on the container walls, and close the lid to raise the RH. If needed, reapply water before placing the grafted plants inside. If a grafted tree is hit hard by frost, the graft will usually die off, but the rootstock will survive.

Guidelines When Using Plastic Mulch Where plastic mulch is used, it is essential to ensure that the ridges are tight to prevent mechanical damage to the plants.
Pepper seedlings grow fast and quickly develop thicker stems. To this end, the holes in the mulch must be big enough to accommodate the thicker stems. Grafting is a method of asexual plant propagation that joins plant parts from different plants together so they will heal and grow as one plant. This technique is used to propagate plants that do not root well from cuttings, to utilize …. In grafting, the upper part scion of one plant grows on the root system rootstock of another plant.
In the …. However, if these progeny are grafted onto established plants, the time required for them to flower and fruit is reduced …. This guide shows the use of plagiotropic scion material for grafting due to its agronomic advantage and its greater availability relative to orthotropic material. Grafting is used to produce everything from fully dwarfed trees to full size trees and everything in between.
Semi-dwarf and dwarf trees are produced by grafting …. Plastic mulch — if used, plastic cover must be tight on the ridge. Avoid any contact between the plastic mulch and the plant stem.

Tree care is a critical investment for the future of your landscape. A healthy tree may occasionally have brown leaves, dead limbs, and other common problems, but sometimes it means you have a dying tree. It's important to take notice of such troubling signs and learn their causes so you can try to address the issue. In many cases, the causes are specific to the type of tree. Brown leaves are often related to over-exposure to the sun, commonly known as " leaf scorch. Young trees are especially susceptible to sun overexposure, so it's advisable to plant them in the spring or fall when UV rays are less intense. Transplanting the tree to a location with less sun or providing a shade screen or reflector can help to treat sun over-exposure. In some cases, cheesecloth can be applied to the tree's branches to add a layer of protection. Brown leaves appearing on trees in spring can indicate frost damage. This can ruin the tree's appearance temporarily, but it's unlikely to kill the tree.
We've determined you're in Growing Zone. Jackfruit has a similar flavor to grilled pork and can be prepared in the same way. The Jackfruit is easy to spot with its unique green rind, a large, oblong shape, and softly spiked exterior. Because Jackfruits can weigh anywhere between ten to fifty pounds, they stand out against smaller tropical fruit.

Jackfruit Leaves are an excellent naturalistic decoration, food source, and herbal disease preventative for the freshwater aquarium! Jackfruit Leaves are ideal leaf litter for blackwater tanks as well as many other setups, providing shelter to fry and small species of shrimp, crabs, crayfish, snails, and fish while maintaining a natural look in the aquarium. They also serve as an ideal growth medium for biofilm and diatoms, both of which are key food sources to countless aquatic animal species, including shrimp and other invertebrates as well as fish. Jackfruit Leaves also have buffering qualities. As they decompose, they release tannins tercatin, punicalin, punicalagin that lower the pH of the aquarium, but at a gradual rate. This is particularly beneficial for aquatic animals that require acidic, low-pH water. These leaves can be allowed to be fully eaten or decompose in the aquarium, then the stem can be removed. We recommend that they be added sparingly at first in order to ensure no drastic changes in water parameters or excessive tanning of water.
NOTE: Always make sure you acclimate the plant to full sun. This is done slowly over time. Some plants are not happy in full sun ever.

Through many years of shipping plant expereince, we learn how to pack plants properly to minimize any damage during transportation. We use many different packing meterials and fillers to ensure plants have a safe trip: mesh, craft paper, sleeves, air pillows, cardboard inserts, etc. However shipping causes certain stress to a plant, mostly because of the fact that a plant spends a few days in a dark box. Sometimes a carrier may damage boxes during handling. Most of plants survive the trip with no problems or with a minimal stress some leaf drop may occur , and recover very quickly.

In our city home, we have about 6 square meters and several large pots devoted to kaffir lime bushes for leaves , kalamansi calamondin , dayap local limes , lemongrass, betel leaves, grape leaves?! And yes, I have in fact purchased the seeds, planted them myself in everything from soil to soil-less potting mediums and watered them until they sprouted, only to see them DIE like they were hit by the plague again and again. Even our part-time gardener who drops in two times a week has been unsuccessful at the tomatoes and other greens. For the past 30 years this lot was the neighborhood garbage dump, so cleaning up waste materials was a project in and of itself. Then we decided to try and grow several types of vegetables with the hope that all of the crew would be able to enjoy whatever they harvested. We started in earnest in March of this year. Really amazing.
